Somewhere at the mysterious intersection of where messy and chaotic meet sharp and precise is where you’ll find me. Divine Destruction follows me wherever I go. It’s the kind of Destruction that topples the old so something new can be born. Definitely Mindful but not very Demure. There is no greater pursuit to me than the pursuit of The Truth and I don’t care what illusions topple to the ground in my pursuit of it.

I’ve been a Social Worker since 2010 and have served countless people from those with serious mental illness to children and families. I like talking about the most taboo of issues in our shame-ridden world: FAILURE. Systemic Failure. Environmental Failure. Individual Failure.

There are no solutions without naming problems and no effective solutions without naming the right problems. There’s no “good vibes only” here. We saw how that worked out for the Fyre Festival.

In 2022 I was ordained as an Interfaith Minister which felt like a natural anointing of the bridge I’ve always walked : between spiritual and clinical; mundane and magical; practical and mystical.

After recovering from a period of rough burnout caused by a lifetime of masking and hiding who I was and exacerbated by the pandemic I’m back to share all I’ve learned about wielding our energy with efficiency and consciousness. As well, spending many years on the sidelines watching the energy inefficiency in the collective and how it keeps very important equity and justice movements stalled, I decided to make energy efficiency/inefficiency and what contributes to it my full-time focus.

I am a C-PTSD Survivor and low support needs Autistic woman. I love 90’s Hip-Hop, going out for brunch, watching documentaries and basking in the light of the amazing women I have in my circle of friends.
