I’m a slow, methodical, devoted and intentional woman in a world that moves quickly, carelessly and without responsibility to each other. It’s no wonder I thought something was wrong with me most of my life. I let the weight of society’s sick expectations hold me down and the shards of a fragmented world separate me from myself.
Until I didn’t. Until I fought back. Until I took layer upon layer of the toxic energy weighing me down and worked my own magic on it.
My superpower is creating the safety and structural integrity necessary for The Alchemical Process to happen - whether that Alchemy is healing a wound or birthing a vision.
I’ve been a Social Worker for 16 years. A Therapist for 10. An Ordained Minister for 4. And my own boldest and brightest protector for 8.
I have Autism and a Virgo Moon: Structure and Organization make me feel emotionally safe. It turns out, structure and organization make authentic and creative expression feel safe too! I love helping people and organizations create the safety and conditions to be their most vibrant, visionary selves.
I love documentaries, 90’s Hip-Hop, dancing, going out for brunch and my circle of the most glowing and incredibly nourishing women friends.
My work is supported by my Ancestors of the people and natural world who flank and follow the Rhine and Nile Rivers.
